Warranty Information
Because Hukut sells products from many different brands, we cannot offer you our own warranty service but we adhere to the manufacturer’s. We can help you claim warranty through our services.

We only sell products that come with a manufacturer warranty so that you can shop with peace of mind.
There are three ways to find your manufacturer warranty:
Check your manual or packaging.
Check your product manual or original packaging, as warranties are usually included there.
Search online.
Use an internet search engine to look up the manufacturer and model number of your product.
Contact us.
Chat with us or call Hukut at +977 9801100037 and we'll help you locate the information online.
Manufacturer warranties are typically good for one year, although the length of time depends on the individual warranty.
Returns and Cancellations
HUKUT reserves the right to refuse a return / refund / exchange request. Please make your claims for "damaged items on delivery" or missing items within 12 hours of receipt of merchandise.
If you decide to return your purchase, you can do so within 14 days after your purchase. The following conditions apply:
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for return.
Cancelling an order
Please notify us either by phone +977 9801100037 or email hukutstore@gmail.com. Let us know the reason for cancellation, we will improve our service and perhaps do things a little better next time. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of order confirmation. Refunds are processed only through the Original Mode of Payment.
